My glasses were seriously bent and the lenses popped out. The lenses were impossible to reinsert. I brought them to Stack Optical and Mr. Stack himself adjusted my frames and replaced my lenses. Quickly. He charged me nothing. My only cost a pleasant use of my time. While waiting I could not help but note the rapport and loyalty he had with the customers who were ahead of me. They appeared to be people who were loyal customers. I will return to Stack Optical. They have had a great reputation for years.

I have had four pairs of vintage and highly unique glasses from Prada, Isaak Mizrahi, as well as 3 pairs of Ray-Bans from the 70s and 80s. Tinted lenses of brown, pink, and smoky grey. To my surprise, the selection in the store is four stars and the work is off-the-charts fantastic. I have been holding off on some of the pairs to be worked on for up to 10 years– I ended up having Peter revamp all my favorite pairs, and I am so happy with the outcome of each. I would highly recommend Stack Optical! I was visiting from out of state when my eyeglasses snapped in half. I went to Stack Optical on a Saturday morning assuming they may not be able to help me, as most optical stores farm out the work and repairs. But Allen Stack quickly transferred my lenses into another frame which I had with me, (same style) in less than 20 minutes.
